INTERNATIONAL YEAR OF THE OCEAN / ΔΙΕΘΝΕΣ ΕΤΟΣ ΩΚΕΑΝΟΥ

If our ancestors had known that 70% of our planet's sufrace is covered by water, then they would have called it "Sea" or "Ocean". These huge quantities of water act as a thermostat, keeping the earth's temperature within the range necessary to sustain life.


From left to right:
