NOEL PURCELL began his career as a call boy in the Gaiety Theatre, Dublin. A popular character actor, he appeared in over fifty films.
MICHAEL MAC LIAMMOIR was noted for his Shakespearean roles and his one man show, "The Importance of Being Oscar".
SIOBHAN MCKENNA, noted for her stage performances, will also be rmembered for her first major screen role in "Dr. Zhivago". Her service to the arts was recognized by her appointment to the Council of State in 1975.
